FAQ
Is it free?
First we show what we found in your email — for free. The full board, all numbers and dashboards come with a subscription.
Do you read my conversations?
No. We only process service emails — tickets, bookings, receipts, subscriptions. Personal conversations are detected by technical signals and never analysed.
Where are my emails stored?
Nowhere. Each email is processed in memory and deleted right away; only events and numbers remain. An uploaded archive is deleted after processing.
Can I use it without mailbox access?
Yes: upload an archive (Google Takeout, Apple Mail, Thunderbird) or forward receipts to your personal address.
How do I delete everything?
Settings → “Delete all data”. Mailboxes are disconnected and events and facts are erased right away.
Where do the numbers come from — can I fix them?
Every number has “Where this comes from” — the list of emails. Exclude any event and the numbers are recalculated.
