1. Agreement
1.1. These Terms are an agreement between you and [ENTITY] ("we"). You accept them by creating an account or using the LifeFact app (iOS, web). 1.2. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
2.1. At your direction, LifeFact reads the mailboxes you connect, finds events in transactional emails (purchases, trips, tickets, courses, subscriptions, etc.) and shows statistics, dashboards and insights. 2.2. Statistics are reconstructed from email, not from a complete record of your life.
- A ticket purchase does not prove attendance.
- Flight hours are calculated from ticketed routes.
- Missing or deleted emails mean incomplete data.
We show what each number is based on and link to its source emails. 2.3. Insights are generated automatically and may contain errors. Nothing in the service is financial, medical or other professional advice.
3. Account
3.1. You need an account: Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email code. You must be at least [16] . 3.2. Keep your account secure and tell us about any unauthorised access.
4. Connecting email
4.1. Connect only mailboxes you are entitled to use. Access is read-only, and you can revoke it at any time in the app or at your provider. 4.2. You instruct us to process your email as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes sending the text of transactional emails to our AI processor, after your separate consent. 4.3. Emails may contain other people's data, such as names of fellow travellers. We process it minimally and draw no conclusions about them. Do not publish other people's data via sharing.
5. Free access and subscription
5.1. Free:
- analysis of your whole history;
- all found facts and dashboards, shown without numbers;
- one fact fully unlocked;
- source emails.
Free analysis may be subject to technical limits. In that case additional analysis runs after you subscribe. 5.2. LifeFact Pro unlocks every number, year comparisons, yearly reviews and new discoveries as new emails arrive. Plans:
- monthly — $12.90;
- yearly — $79.90.
These are web prices. In the App Store the price shown in the app, in your local currency, applies. 5.3. Free trial: 3 days, yearly plan only, once per account. Unless cancelled before it ends, the paid subscription starts. 5.4. Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
- App Store: cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your Apple ID settings. Payments and refunds follow Apple's rules.
- Web: cancel in your LifeFact account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds per applicable law and the payment provider's terms .
5.5. A subscription bought on one platform works in LifeFact on other platforms when you sign in to the same account. 5.6. We will notify you in advance of price changes; for App Store subscriptions, as per Apple's rules. 5.7. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
6. Sharing
6.1. Share cards are created only when you choose to, after a preview. 6.2. You are responsible for what you publish. Cards carry the LifeFact mark. 6.3. You can revoke a public link at any time. Revoking does not remove copies others have already saved.
7. Acceptable use
Do not:
- connect mailboxes you have no right to access;
- circumvent access limits or paid features;
- scrape the service;
- interfere with its operation;
- use it unlawfully.
8. Content and IP
8.1. Your data remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive right to process it solely to provide the service. 8.2. The app, design, the Lifi character, texts and code are ours. A subscription grants only the right to use the service.
9. Liability
9.1. The service is provided "as is". We work to keep numbers accurate but do not guarantee that insights from email are complete or error-free. 9.2. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months . Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
10.1. You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Delete account. 10.2. We may suspend accounts that breach Section 7, with notice where possible. 10.3. If a provider (e.g., Google) revokes our access, connecting that provider's email may become unavailable.
11. Changes
We will notify you in the app at least 14 days before material changes. Continuing to use the service means you accept them.

Apple's Standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies to the iOS app. If it conflicts with these Terms regarding the App Store, Apple's EULA prevails.
